Driveway Repair Fort Worth & Dallas
Have you looked at your driveway recently and thought it’s time for improvement? You might have noticed:
**Your driveway sags, or falls off a perfect level.
**Your driveway has a fault line, or a crack, and has separated as the ground moves beneath it.
**Rain and sprinkler water is pooling on un-level parts of the driveway, with no opportunity to reach soil.
**People or children trip on parts of your driveway, or potholes have formed as you drive.
Many homeowners across the DFW Metroplex have found these issues, and decided it’s time for a driveway repair, but repaving driveways can get expensive, time consuming, and bothersome.
If your driveway repair qualifies for a band-aid approach instead of a complete redo, you may not need to conduct a repaving. Instead, consider NorTex as your solution. NorTex uses non-invasive techniques that save time, money, and can be done in a half day or less.
NorTex is different, because we use technology instead of brute force.
“Don’t Throw Out the Baby with the Bath Water”
You’ve heard the saying many times, and it rings true with your driveway. Why replace an entire driveway, when instead NorTex is able to repair or lift the problem areas and preserve the rest of the concrete as is?
You may have a perfectly functional drive, but when pressure points appear and cause pavement to crack or fault, you may think it’s a total loss. It’s not. NorTex specializes in identifying where underlying soil has eroded away, and then targeting those problem points to properly mend your Dallas/Fort Worth driveway crack.
When NorTex focuses on specific areas, we’re able to preserve up to 95% of your existing driveway, and can simply repair where damage has occurred.
Our Process
**We study the state of the ground beneath a crack, slant, or puddle. We typically find sinkholes, weather erosion, and other factors that can damage the foundation that a strong driveway relies on.
**Once we’ve identified the hole, we drill a small hole into the concrete of the driveway, which will allow us to access the cavity and begin the driveway lift.
**Through the hole, we inject construction-grade polyurethane foam, which fills the cavity beneath the concrete, and hardens within minutes to a strength higher than the surrounding ground.
**Once the drive is leveled, we’ll mend faults if necessary, and repair your driveway to your liking. Even the gnarliest of cracks can be repaired by our process. Do not call a cement truck before you’ve called us!
**Once foam injection is complete, we’ll fill the injection site, and polish any areas where we’ve mended cracks. Your concrete will look brand new in a short drying time, and you won’t be at risk when it comes to neighborhood kids scribbling on drying pavement.
